Who We Are
Engides Engineering is an engineering design and assessment firm built around one standard: work that holds up in real life.
We support building projects where decisions have consequences, approvals matter, and drawings must be buildable. Our team covers civil engineering services for building sites, MEP design and engineering, structural design and engineering, and building assessment services, so clients do not have to coordinate five different firms to get one project across the line.
We work alongside architects, developers, contractors, and owners. Sometimes we lead design. Sometimes we audit what exists. In both cases, our job is the same: reduce risk, improve clarity, and keep the project moving.

3. Responsibility is the product
Anyone can produce files. We take responsibility for outcomes: approvals, buildability, and performance over time.
4. Independent judgment matters
Especially in assessments and inspections, the value is not a checklist. The value is judgment backed by evidence and reported in a way others can rely on.
5. We stay close to reality
We design with real site constraints, real trades, real sequencing, and real maintenance in mind. That is how projects avoid delays, disputes, and rework.
